我是真的有看完館長的影片
他批評鄭多燕和KK的我都有看
他批KK我真的完全同意,
也覺得KK那種連有氧都不是的伸展運動很扯
(但我媽,6X歲真的超信這種.....)
但是關於他批評有氧的部份,我沒有全部同意
他有說只要重訓,有氧可有可無
我自己試過,覺得以我而言,
有氧和重訓搭配效果最佳
還有,有時ㄧ星期已經練了3次重訓
又累又酸 再重訓會體力不支也容易受傷
這時就做過個ㄧ、兩次純有氧
我也做過好幾年純有氧 開始重訓時
也覺得自己的肌力比剛開始運動的其他人好些
我承認重訓很棒,重訓後其他有氧表現也大大進步。
但有氧並非館長說的ㄧ無是處
只做有氧且持之以恆,肌肉力量還是屌打完全沒在運動者!
還有,我自己沒跳鄭多燕
但我覺得她至少動作不是高難度
而且她讓很多地方媽媽,長期吃仙女餐者,
願意開始運動
我真的認識很多女生,連「有氧」都覺得會
長肌肉會變壯。
我就聽人家說過:「妳有練拳擊哦!手臂肩膀會變壯耶!」
「不要游泳啦!妳看游泳選手都很壯。」
「我跑步跑了3次,小腿變粗了,超灰心,我ㄧ天不吃晚餐就能瘦2公斤,還是少吃比較有
用
我是覺得無論鄭多燕還是純有氧,
在台灣,願意「動起來」而且持之以恆,
就已經很了不起了吧。。
就像賣餐盤的羞哥,我也覺得他不是ㄧ無可取
我不是專業健身教練,塔巴塔動作我不予置評
我並不贊同4分鐘就能瘦
但他可取之處是,至少他飲食觀念還不錯
至少有在宣揚不用吃仙女餐不用餓肚子也能瘦。。
總之 我是覺得館長大部份觀念正確
但他可能比較沒接觸過健身觀念更封閉的族群
而在台灣真的還滿多覺得「動」就會長肌肉
或是只計較體重數字
覺得運動效果「降低體重」少吃慢很多
而連運動都不願持續的族群吧
